"The location is great. Very central and easy access to metro station and bell centre. One thing that would be helpful and make the stay more enjoyable is a chain latch on the door to patio so you could leave open at night when the room was to warm as there is no A/C. Another thing is if you fly in early there is no one there until 8.30/9am to drop your bags off. It would be helpful to post front desk hours on email where it states you you can drop your bags off if you arrive early so you can...
