"This was a no-frills, simple hotel. It was a great value, and was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff were so kind, and laid back. The view from the patio in our room was lovely. The shared kitchen area was a nice place to cook a meal, and there were three adorable cats around the property who we loved petting. The location was great for exploring various parts of Pico. "

"Super Empfang von sehr nettem Personal, schöner Pool, toller Ausblick auf die Weinfelder und Faial, Zimmereinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstücksauswahl mit Rührei, Käse, Joghurt, Gemüse, Obst, Marmelade. Weil unsere Fähre früh fuhr, bekamen wir sogar etwas früher Frühstück. "

"町の中心、港からは歩いて15分ほどなので、交通の便はあまりよくないかもですが、近くにスーパーマーケットや人気のレストランもあり、ワイナリーの工場もあったりしてそれなりに便利です。 スパもありますが、私たちが滞在していた時にはサウナが稼働していませんでした。 部屋は広く、テラスもあってよいのですが、スパやプールがあるのに洗濯物を干せるようなものが室内にないので、不便です。 そのほかは非常に使い勝手もよかったです。"

Le chalet est très confortable, bien équipé et parfaitement agencé. Seul petit détail qui pourrait être ajouté : un étendoir intérieur pour les jours de pluie. La piscine avec vue est un vrai plus également. "

"For a hostel experience this place was outstanding. Clean, everything like brand new, good check-in experience, communication responsive, and centrally located. On a bus route, tho' I recommend renting a car if possible as everything on Pico Is. is more accessible if you have your own transportation. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone! especially solo travelers like myself."

"The management (owners?) were very pleasant and helpful, as were all staff. The room was spacious and well prepared. The Hotel offered everything we wanted and was convenient for a short walk down to the Harbour at Horta, which was our main place to visit. Overall, extremely pleased with the quality and value the Hotel offered and provided. It is not a 5 star facility but clean, tidy, spacious and ideal for our stay on a budget. We would recommend this hotel."
