"I would give zero stars if I could. Do NOT stay at Hotel Henri NY. I was overcharged by more than $1,000, and after months of trying to get this corrected, I still have not received a refund. I have contacted them repeatedly, and the lack of accountability is shocking. Management has completely refused to communicate with me—no callbacks, no real responses, nothing. It’s been months of being ignored over a very serious billing issue. This isn’t just bad customer service—it feels outright...

"Room was nice and clean and loved having the private terrace but there was no amenities at all in the room…no mini bar, no glassware, no snacks, no robes; why was I charged a $30 amenity fee when checking in?? "The service was great the room was amazing , the only issue we had was that one of the elevators on two different days , got stuck for a few minutes , and another issue was the WiFi never worked , no matter how many times we tried to connect to the WiFi , no matter how long we waited to connect , the WiFi would never work , we had to use our data the whole trip , but besides those two things , the hotel and the room and the service was amazing and a great location"
