"This is the perfect location to stay while visiting New York. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff was Great. Rafael checked us in and he was very helpful with finding our rooms and letting us know areas we can visit. I do advise to, please buy you late night snacks before you return. "Very hard to locate hotel, our first room that they sent us to had not been cleaned, the beds were not made and toilet was running. First when my husband went to tell the front desk they were going to have us wait for the room to be cleaned, then another fro t desk employee assigned us a different room. Was told parking was going to be validated but when my husband went to have it validated the cost was over $100, was a little upset with the cost especially after paying over $300 for a room."
