"The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the amenities left a lot to be desired. There was no iron in the room, no washcloths were provided, and the ice machine on the 17th floor wasn't working. To make matters worse, the refrigerator wasn't cold or didn't seem to be working at all. "My husband and I came to NYC for a concert and found the hotel clean and modern. We liked the cafe down stairs for quick bites and drinks. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were all kind! The only downsides were the shower not getting hot, just warm. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and one on the bed but just one strand so we did not call down about it. We did not report the water temp because it wasn't simply cold. I'd recommend for a quick trip and if you want to be close to...

"The front desk staff was amazing and helpful however the staff for housekeeping and guest services were lacking. The room I ordered was 2 twin beds but instead I got a room with 1 bed. Had to wait until it was sorted out which delayed my reservation for dinner."
