"There was no parking available when we got there. The air conditioner didn't work properly. The door to the bathroom was not level and didn't lock. I did appreciate the free coffee."

"Only stayed a night as this hotel was quite sold out for the weekend I was there, but the one night I stayed there was excellent. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I arrive super early from a long red eye flight and wasn’t expecting a room so early at all, but the staff went above and beyond and got me a room so I can rest up before I get some energy back to go explore Montreal. So I’m super grateful for the hospitality. room was exceptional and clean, and very quiet."
