"Don't go here. If you like the smell of weed and a very mismanaged unmaintained property this is it. The violations of health and life safety are astonishing. The management knows it's nasty and agrees with the patrons but do nothing. The first room had some body food in several places and the mattress was horrible. We asked for another and it was cleaner but still nasty. We had no choice but to stay so I went and purchased my own cleaning supplies to make it livable. We would not allow the kids on the balcony due to the railing being put together with small screws and loose from the walls it is not to code. By day 4 I had to get my cards reprogrammed 7 times and by the time I left it was more than I can remember. No ice machine we had to by ice at 4.35 for 7 lbs. The toilet barely flushed, the sink is junk broken and loose tiles by the tub that didn't drain, flooring throughout that had cuts and gouges all over, the balcony door barely closed. Now for the disgusting exterior, the cleaning crew was there a lot but did nothing, if you walk barefoot from the beach your soles are black they don't clean the built up dirt around at all, the elevator had male body parts drawn on the door and didn't wipe it off at all the entire time and it was still there when we left, dead bugs in the lights of the elevator, trash not removed timely so it stinks of alcohol and weed through the halls. This place is ran by a slum lord that can afford for people to look the other direction. Stay away"
