"This was one of the least expensive places around. I didn’t expect the Ritz. What I got was a basic room, with clean sheets, and that’s fine. The motel was old, and tired and showed it. The only really odd things were the bathroom corner sink that was small, and low to the ground, like a sink in a kids bathroom, and the other thing was that there was no closet, not even a rack on the wall to hang things. "This place was the best! The owner Matthew personally met us and spent a lot of time talking about his property and all the area attractions! Being in the hotel business myself for over 40 years, I would highly recommended The Lofts for your stay in St.Pete Beach. The place was extremely clean, had a great location and was quiet and peaceful…but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants! Also, very clean heated pool!😎"

"Parking was fine. There was no kitchen, only s mi crowave sitting on a small refrigerator in a closet with the hot water tank. And a coffee maker you could put on the microwave to use if you unplugged the microwave because there was only one outlet."
