"The location to the ferry can't be beat. The staff was excellent, especially Minh, and what can one say about the fabulous Max. The rooms were comfy in our traditional tatami suite. Excellent breakfast as well..Hands down, the best bagels in Japan. Arigato Max and staff!"

"Quite new modern hotel with a nice view, really calm. Diner is really good but breakfast too light. Another important point: not suitable for tall people, beds are smalls and sheets are too short."

"Hotel incorporated into a velodrome away from the port but easy walk to catch the ferry to the islands. Lunch and dinner menu's offered are not up to Japanese standard so you need to eat at Uno port unless you want fried food. Breakfast okay but no fresh fruit. A word of warning even if you just want a drink at the restaurant after your day you need to book at reception on your return to the hotel.
