a staff helped us with check in and it was easy and efficient. Room was very spacious for Japan standard. There were dead mosquitos, body hair and blood stain found in the new bed. Everything else was very clean tho. Self check out. They offer free locker for you to store your suitcases in case you need to take them later. Few minutes walk to train station and main shopping streets. Very convenient.

Convenience stores and train station nearby. Very quiet residential area. Room w 4 beds for 5 adults, very comfortable space. Stayed two nights. Call ahead if late check in to get information for check in. Self service hotel so very little interaction with staff. Minimize luggage so you can take kotoden train to hotel from takamatsu JR station.

Recommended

Check in was fast and they reserved a parking slot for me in advance. Overall room was clean, new and comfortable. Only comment to give is that the check out time is too early and unexpected at 10am which gives a bit of inconvenience and decreases the value of money to the time we spent in the hotel. Apart from check out time, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

OK ‘self service’ hotel but not worth a premium

Rather than staying at the more generic hotels near the station, we decided to pay a little extra as it was my birthday and this hotel looked a little more fancy. I think that the pictures oversell it a little. It’s on a backroad, quite a long way from the station. If you have lots of luggage, you’ll need to take a bus or cab to get to it. It has a self-service check in which someone to help from 09:00 in the morning but not real hotel services. We have been sending out luggage around Japan via the Ta-q-bin service and whilst this hotel accepts your luggage, they won’t send it from here which is a pain. We were unlucky in that our room was on the ground floor with a view of a car park but the rooms are clean and modern. Ours had a washing machine and a drying room which was useful. Overall, a nice hotel but not worth the premium. If I was travelling to Takamatsu again, I’d just stay near the station and get a similar room that is more convenient for much less

This is a new concept hotel. It has very few staff and almost all functions rely on the guests accessing various functions. It is intentionally impersonal. If I were staying for a week or more I might have come to like it. For a short visit, I did not.
