"Sadly this beautiful island and wonderful staff have become victims of hierarchy neglect! Where clearly any money does not go back into the property, which is a real shame as could be a magical place. Loved the turtle nursery, large rooms and views... but the lack of supplies, cost of essentials, run down facilities and bed bugs became the unfortunate memory makers in our group 😪"

"We had a very nice experience. I read 1 star reviews and was a little surprised. I honestly think it comes down to preferences and perception. I do agree, this is not a 5 star resort. However, this is a lovely property with friendly service that is always available. We also really enjoyed the food, contrary to the negative reviews. The rooms were also comfortable and clean."

Our oceanfront bure had beautiful views, and we enjoyed walking in the shallow waters at low tide, spotting purple starfish and other sea life. "I stayed in an ocean front bure, they are older Fijian style beach huts/cottage, which was exactly what I wanted. They do have newer renovated rooms elsewhere on the property. Remember this is a small locally owned and operated resort. In if you are looking for amazing views and peace and quiet, this is the place. There are 2 restaurants and the food was great.
