"Small coastal town with low population. You walk across the street to get to the Ocean front because you are housed on the Bayside. The picture in the advertisement is not the villa we received, which was not a big deal. Upon entry it was extremely tidy, clean with newer amenities but there were some underlying issues. "The property was very well maintained. There is no front desk on property so bear in mind if you lock your phone in room on arrival and go to retrieve your luggage."
