"Not a great experience here. Room was dirty.
Alarms went off in the middle of the night - 3 times in one night.
Overall resort is quite dated."

"Cleanliness was good—no issues there.
We booked this property because it was advertised as “sleeps 4.” However, we only added myself and my wife during booking (not the kids), assuming the room would be set up accordingly. On arrival, the room only had 2 beds and was clearly prepared for 2 guests. After raising this with reception, they moved us to another room that accommodates 4, but we were required to pay extra per child, which was disappointing given the original listing.
