"Loved my stay here. Everything was top notch from the time I entered the lobby. The staff was welcoming and enthusiastic about you choosing to patronize their hotel. The check-in process was quick. The hotel’s rooms were very clean and had the latest amenities. Televisions had numerous channel options. The roof top bar was amazing for photo ops. It’s also in a very good location for site seeing & shopping."

"It was my first time in Chicago plus I was travelling with my two service dogs and I couldn't have chosen a better hotel option. The room and experience was very reminiscent of Fairmont (I usually stay at a Fairmont but I wasn't able to secure the room needed for the dates) but with a considerable cost savings so I definitely chose well. Will absolutely recommend The Felix to anyone I know travelling to Chicago as a solid hotel option."

"The hotel and the room are beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels and washcloths in the bathroom. It’s weird that breakfast is only served Monday through Friday though. I’d stay here again!"
