It is located next to Drink point which is a club that opens at 8pm and closes at 2am. My room was on the club side and was hard to sleep. There was a few ants that were traveling through my room. I did feel very welcomed there. The staff was very nice and made me feel like family. I loved the restaurant connected to the place next store. I would stay there again if I have the chance. It is a good price. I would just request the other side of the hotel which I’m sure is less noisy.

Achei as dependencias do hotel muito antiga e em estado ruim. O chuveiro praticamente não saia agua e ao que me parece era por falta de limpeza. Havia um tapete velho no quarto e desnecessario. O cafe da manha era em pessimas condições de higiene. A garrafa termica era colocada no chão para encher com mais cafe. A moça que fritava os ovos, quebrava-os e jogava as cascas no chão e os restos de fritura do ovo, era jogado da mesma forma no chao. Ficamos perplexos com tanta falta de educação e higiene. Nunca vi isso em nenhuma parte do mundo.

Creo que. Abusan. De los precios ya que vosotros ponéis. Un precio y cuando llegamos. Nos dicen otro los servicios internet como el servicio del personal muy nefasto. Dado que. El pernal estal mál porque no les pagan lo suficiente y dado que están de mal humor Y resto perdida de agua el lavabo vamos que me iba a quedar. Más días y marche antes. Para mí no reúne las condiciones de un hotel ni de un hostal

I regularly travel solo and don’t expect much from cheap places but. The ad blatantly lied about the distance from the beach. It’s a 40minute walk or 10 minute drive. Drink point is next door and plays music so so so very loud I couldn’t sleep at night until 6am. Only let you pay cash because you can’t get any refund from them. My door knob would come off if pulled on. The staff except a few seemed to not care about being polite. I got robbed next door at a club that is really a brothel. The whole place is mainly used for sleeping with escorts. If you like prostitution this place would be perfect but for a nice beach trip I’d avoid.

Place had no running water, the air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms. It has bed bugs and roaches. The customer service was great, though.

Nothing like the photo of the property. For the price maybe it is not so bad. The wifi doesn’t really work. Loud club noises come from at least 3 different places nearby. You won’t be able to sleep. If you need a roof for a night, get this.

I always enjoy my stay at Maracas. The bed was extremely comfortable on this particular stay. The staff is nice and it’s perfect for what I need.

This property is really nice for the price. I would stay there Again. The pool is Little small but very clean. The room was big, bathroom was clean with some upgrades. The table on the patio was not Kennett and only 1 chair. The doors to the position were very hard to open. The staff were very nice and acclimatinh . Over all it was a nice hotel to stay. Oh and breakfast was included

the room they gave me the smallest room, even the toilet seat they have sink next to it you can not even fit it was disaster. their windows weren’t even closing you can’t sleep non stop music cross the street, cuz windows don’t even close the sound was horrible. every 2-3 hours waking up and trying to sleep!

The receptionist was so rude during my sejour. I do not understand why the change rate was against the ameican dollar. she said first us dollar. When I asked about the change that she gave me and I said I will pay in dollar she was not happy. I am not sure I will be back. I came several times before that incident.

Terrible. Hice la reserva y al llevar al hotel dicen que no hay habitación. Y tuve que buscar otro hotel y resulta que para buscar hotel disponible el mismo No hay casi, y perdí el viaje para llegar hasta el hotel que los taxis de punta cana cuesta $25 por cada traslado 😡😡

Safe yourself a deception - reconfirm your booking
Very surprised at arrival, we were not able to check in because they were fully booked. Latter had a confirmed booking made two months earlier, it didn’t matter to them. The hotel itself is acceptable, medium maintenance and the staff tried to to help however nothing much they can do as all depends on their manager whom was not reachable. I think they are more setup for people looking for a quick one hour in/out kind of place. If you are looking to party it’s the perfect place, around all of the locals nightlife in Punta. Area could be scary however manageable with a little of attention.
