"Good is horrible. The staff at one of the restaurants was a complete nightmare and they should not be working there. The security guards are the rudest people in any country. I will not return. The sales people for the excursions do not give all the details and the island tour is extremely dangerous with jumping from boat to boat in large swells. The fishing boats are not the same ones they send photos of. Overall I do not recommend this trip!"

"Room was always clean, as well at the resort grounds were also pretty clean. The food not the best it does the job but if you love food it’s probably not for you. Staff were super friendly and helpful. When we went to the beach we were bombarded by people selling things couldn’t really relax. DO NOT BUY EXCURSIONS FROM THE PEOPLE ON THE BEACH. We did a couple from the guys on the beach and were let down every time. Overall our stay was pretty good and overall happy with our trip."

"Excelente servicio, al igual que el personal. Nuestro mayordomo Hector Matos fue sin dudas el mejor,estuvo atento a nosotros, nos hizo reservas de restaurantes, trato amable. Este hotel debe mantener el área de la barra del lazy river mas limpio, tiene un area, esquina izquierda de la barra muy sucia. Otro asuntio a mi entender es la animación, muy muy pobre, en nuestra estancia solo dos bailarines y el jefe o maestro de ceremonia. Necesita mejorar esa área, ya que otros hoteles visitados cuentan con mejor animacion por mucho. Por lo demas todo excelente"

"Lots of amazing amenities! Escape rooms, mini golf, flow rider, lazy river, waterparks, bowling, VR, arcade, casino, multiple shopping spots, and of course the gorgeous beach and multiple pools! Oh, and the multiple activities going on throughout the resort all day and night. Our group of 13, aged 8-70 never got bored. Food was good - not a five star meal but good. Staff was very polite. Just beware of the on site photographers. The guy was trying to give us a “deal” on our photo package if we Venmo him a several hundred dollar tip lol. Also beware of the guys walking the beach with parrots and monkeys offering pictures. They wouldn’t tell me how much and just said they would take pictures and show me. He used my phone, took pics with the birds and my kids, then wanted over a hundred dollars for them haha! I said no and that I’ll delete the pics. I ended up giving him twenty bucks and called it a day. Also I suggest tipping everyone. It’s not needed but these people are paid very little and tips truly make their day. They work hard to service you in the heat, tipping them is thanking them for a job well done. We enjoyed the central pool as we found it close to food, bathrooms, bar and beach. We stayed in building 5A and would highly recommend as it was very central to most things."
