"We booked this site as the last stop on our trip, thinking we could get good rest for the final leg of our trip. The place exceeded our expectations. The check in was seamless, the rooms were great and the breakfast was wonderful. The cook was friendly, and made a good omelet. We’re already planning a summer trip with this being the base of operations for us."

"Room was ok, not great crumbs on bed when first arrived. Had to plug the mini fridge in myself!. Hallways were kind of sketchy, smelt like pot. Elevator was like a bad carnival ride, went down too fast, then took forever to reach second floor. "

"Parking was ok but so many trucks and trailers had to park safely, rooms were all dirty floors not cleaned and small bugs crawling around. The room I booked had ants colony in the window seal and I immediately alerted the front desk. It took so long to find a room worth staying in that I didn’t get much sleep or was even able to go down to retrieve the key for my room I was so tired from going down stairs with luggage trying to find a clean room for me and my 10 year old child "

"The staff was very friendly, and the room and bathroom were very clean. They had complimentary coffee, and the internet was fast and easy to access."

"The general Manager was very rude she lacks customer service techniques. I noticed a charge on my debit card for $60 so I went and asked about it as anyone would because I have already paid for my stay. So I was curious if hat the charge was for and she instantly became upset and told me that I can checkout at noon that day, I still had 2 days left of my reservation. I tried to get an understanding as to why I was being put out for asking about my money and she waved me off not even trying to hear me or give me an explanation. I left before noon and attempted to go stay at a different Intowne and was then told that she put me on a list of do not rent. I’m confused on what happened to make her put me on the list and get upset about me asking about my account being charged for $60."
