"I called before I made the booking. They told me there was plenty of room in their parking lot for my U-Haul truck. I booked it when I arrived. There was no room in the parking lot. The desk told me to park across the street in a gravel lot. When I did, I realized it belonged to the automotive chain and not to the hotel. As I was crossing the street a tow truck driver pulled up and told me I shouldn’t park there. When I explained this to the desk clerk, he said it’s fine. We know the guy it’s...

"The lobby area was dirty. The room didn’t look like it was cleaned. The sheets had hair on them, comforter had some brown spot smeared on it. The drain in the shower had dirt/residue around the drain. The receptionist was friendly and we ended up get refunded for our room & went elsewhere. "

"We booked on Expedia and at arrival, the staff at the front desk was high and would not check us in. He stated that the system resets ever night and there was no reservation. We were told we could call the company number and book another room. I was charged through Expedia and am now not being given a refund because the hotel won’t answer. Expedia also attempted to call that night several times and they wouldn’t answer. But I am not given a refund which is unacceptable. "

"This was HORRIBLE. LOUD party in the lobby until 11 PM, slamming doors until 1AM, kids running up and down halls yelling, people drunk in groups in parking lot, stomping on above floors. Told front desk… she did NOTHING. Day manager said, “if it was me here, I would shut it down by 10pm” Also, the pool looked GROSS. Like it had oil in it. Slimy almost. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Waste of $$ and NO SLEEP!! "

"Clean room! Only thing I can share is the blanket on the bed is thin, not like a comforter. Although it didn’t bother me I know others may prefer to be prepared with their own blanket. It was a nice stay! "

"I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She "
