The room number (16) did not match any of the signage (only three-digit room numbers), and ended up being down a narrow corridor in the back of the hotel marked 501-509. There is no elevator. There is no air conditioning so my room was stiflingly hot. The advertised parking is no longer available. There is no one on site and the phone number listed on the door just goes to voice mail. "The apartment is close to Brussels Midi train station. Good to travel with public trasnport. But the air conditioner did not work well in our rooms. The staff couldn’t fix it. We had to spent the whole night in 28 Celsius degrees."

"I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. "
