"The room was adequate and the ac worked well. The bathroom was clean but it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area without a shower curtain. The breakfast was ample and had a variety of choices. The hotel staff was friendly and kind and offered recommendations when requested. The evening staff was excellent and addressed our questions fully."

"The apartment is close to Brussels Midi train station. Good to travel with public trasnport. But the air conditioner did not work well in our rooms. The staff couldn’t fix it. We had to spent the whole night in 28 Celsius degrees."

"If you’re happy staying in a hotel where you your door has a really annoying keypad to get into it (no key cards), and no kettle, and no fresh air, then this hotel is fine. If not, then don’t stay here."

"Kale kamer, wel ruim, badkamer voldoende. Een kluisje onderin in de kast is niet handig. Bed is prima. Betonnen vloer wat vlekkerig en ongezellig, muren alleen maar wit, geen schilderij ofzo. Hotel ligt rustig op circa 10 minuten lopen van het centrum."

"Great location, easily walkable to many sites. Nice, vibrant restaurant downstairs. Loved the hotel dark blue walls and colors. Overall, good. We would stay there again. The 1st floor communal coffee machine was not in working and this was disappointing. There are coffee pods in the room, but no takeaway cups. The bathroom needed more shelf space for toiletries and needed ventilation."

"A lovely place about 15 mins walk from Grand Place. Staff are v friendly & helpful (take a bow, Itzel 😀). Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are clean & comfy. And Definitely a good place to be based to explore Brussels."
