"The hotel is conveniently located near the Brussel North Station. In barely 3 blocks away you are at the hotel. The front staff is very welcoming an ego to help you when they computers are not down. The bar area is extremely small and they do have life music, which cut all the possibilities to have a business meeting. "Perfect for our needs. Right in the heart of Brussels. The breakfast and bar were well appointed with plenty of choice. Staff were helpful and accomplished. The gym reopened during our stay which we appreciated. The swimming pool was in great demand because of the very hot weather so we sadly gave it a miss. The public underground car park was immediately opposite the hotel and was pristine and secure."

"Although hotel is nice, neighborhood at night is super sketchy and overall not what you expect culture wise when you’re vacationing to Brussels. Room is extremely hot with no fan, the window barely opens to receive air flow. Complimentary pastries in the lobby had hundreds of little flies fly off when I went to grab one. Only liquid soap in the shower. Would I stay here again, no. The surrounding area ruined it for us. But if you don’t care about that, the room was decent in my opinion."

"Great location, easily walkable to many sites. Nice, vibrant restaurant downstairs. Loved the hotel dark blue walls and colors. Overall, good. We would stay there again. The 1st floor communal coffee machine was not in working and this was disappointing. There are coffee pods in the room, but no takeaway cups. The bathroom needed more shelf space for toiletries and needed ventilation."
