"I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense. The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly."

"Everything was excellent throughout only a minor slip with the cleaning we had two long hairs on our mattress which looked like from the cleaner maybe completely unintended you can tell by the beds overall cleanliness and everything else was superb. Dinner and Breakfast were excellent and the staff were all excellent too. We will definitely be back!"

"Die Lage ist super zentral, aber von einem 4-Sterne Hotel habe ich wesentlich mehr erwartet! Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich, aber sehr unmotiviert, was schon etwas arrogant wirkte. Das Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet war dagegen sehr freundlich und motiviert. Die Zimmer waren okay, aber eher etwas altmodisch. Im Bad hat das Licht geflackert und die Duschwanne war sehr sparkig. Im Flur hat es stark nach Essen gerochen. Der Aufenthalt war okay, aber eher wie bei einem 3-Sterne...
