"Staff was great ! Everyone was so helpful and kind They let us use the pool and get breakfast before we even checked in Because we were there so early we got to put our name on a call list for early check in and we actually got checked in by noon! The free drinks are from a selected menu which is only available during dinner hours. The same breakfast was served everyday. The room got cleaned daily & the hotel really is walking distance from Broadway"

"My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!"

"The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay."

"We stayed for one night while traveling through & wanted to stay somewhere close to Broadway. It was an easy 8 minute walk to Broadway! The room was great- comfy beds and clean space. Breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip: eggs, egg omelets, pancakes, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, sausages, bacon, and more! Parking was below ground which was nice but it was a pain in the butt to leave because we turned in our keys & needed them to leave. We called for help like they told us to but the...

"Little farther to Broadway Street then I thought it would be. Would plan to spend over $100 for parking/uber especially if you park you car at a parking garage all day or uber back after 9 PM."

"Great lounge pool and ambience! Very pretty place but the rooms are a bit smaller than I pictured! Still very nice! The shower wasn’t the cleanest but not terrible!! My bathroom sink was clogged but I didn’t complain. The kitchen sink worked great. Pillows are big & fluffy. Natural light is nice, great location. Loved the mirror!!! Was able to get ready in peace lol"

"We were only in Nashville for a night but wish we could have stayed longer. It was a perfect location to enjoy the nightlife and hustle and bustle of Nashville, but Hotel 1 was a perfect sanctuary retreat to return to in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!!!"

"This place was amazing, the rooms were clean, the staff everywhere were incredibly kind, the Bars were all amazing, and the restaurant downstairs was superb. We walked down to Broadway each night so its a fair walking distance to most everything."
