"Honestly, I don't leave reviews very often. But in this case, I have to!! I was at an event out in Hillsboro that warranted an overnight stay, coming from far east county. I booked this hotel, and it BLEW MY MIND. I felt like I was on a cruise ship or some sort of luxury getaway. From the moment I stepped through the (very cool) unique sliding door entry, I was welcomed into a space I didn't want to leave. I caught the end of the nightly meal service, and enjoyed a lovely meal with a friend. We enjoyed the sights of the koi pond. I retired to my room, and then went to the soaking pool. It was empty, and I enjoyed my time in the gorgeous space, with wonderful amenities. I told my husband we must go back soon!! Highly recommend. They're also building an outdoor pool!"

"Bed bugs in my room, microwave was damaged, missing parts in the carpet and the bed was very uncomfortable."

"I was disappointed with the condition of the bath room. A broken and repaired lid on the toilet. A long hair on the towels and the shower/tub was in bad need of reglazing. I took pictures, which I can send. I also showed the photos to the front desk upon check out. The front desk agent apologized."

"It was meh. Could use some deep cleaning and refreshing of mattresses. Sometimes old things look dirty even if clean. Very convenient location - across from shopping, food and coffee! Front desk was kind and welcoming. Lots of parking. Regrettably I thought they had a lounge or pool but it’s on me for not doing the research."

"I didn’t like the parking situation. My son was dropping me off and there was no place to park near the entrance. The back parking lot seemed to be for only registered guests. We had to illegally park on the street to enter. If you’re only going to have a rear parking lot, you should have a means of entry for new guests."

"New construction that doesn’t feel like it’s going to hold up well. It was clean, but everything feels a little cheap. Pool table was the best part WAY TOO MUCH LIGHTING. It was painfully bright"

"My room was what I paid for other than some hair that wasn’t mine on the counter. My biggest complaint is that I am a night shift nurse. I am here in town working, and my hours are 7 PM to 7 AM. I asked for a late checkout after working a long shift so I could sleep before going to work again, and they only tried to give me an extra two hours and charge me $50 for that. I have stayed here before and a late checkout was never an issue or an extra charge, but this time it suddenly became a problem—and because of that, I will not be staying here again. Not only did I have to pay for a full night when I wouldn’t even be there, but the situation got worse. After I explained that I needed to sleep because I had just worked all night, the front desk still called my room multiple times, completely disrupting the little rest I was able to get. For anyone working night shift or needing flexibility, I would not recommend this hotel. Consistency and basic consideration for guests’ schedules should be a given, and unfortunately, that was not my experience this time."
