"Toilet backed up so we were handed a plunger. Lobby under construction. Walls are paper thin. Guests yelling in the halls at all hours. We were woken up countless times all night long over multiple nights."

"We asked for our room to be cleaned each day and it never got cleaned. Front desk told me that 2 of the housekeepers got into a big fight which was heard by many guests and now they are shorthanded due to terminations of the housekeepers."

"The room was loud with a train waking me up several times a night. The location was not really walkable and the potholes were bad. The exterior was nice but the room was not great. Parking was free, and breakfast was included."

"Room was good , Our room was on first floor near main entrance so smokers were standing right outside our window. Smell didnt make it into room as window was closed. Still uncomfortable to see people pacing back in forth as they smoked. Staff was more than helpful.. Parking was ok if you were lucky enough to park on property as parking lot was small , otherwise you had to park on street. We were lucky we stayed on a weekend and found a spot near hotel. All in all was ok for the price considering summer rates usually double prices at most hotels in anchorage."

"The hotel has been recently opened and rebranded. The rooms are cozy and quaint. Adorable fridge in rooms and grest coffee in the rooms. Comfy beds, great gym, nice staff, coffee shop and restaurant on site. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, airport is a short drive. Cons: Very noisy with a train coming through nightly (more than once) there are ear plugs offered at the bedside. The absolute worst (I think 1 ply) toilet paper in the rooms."
