"We stayed here as it was disability friendly, it was more than we imagined, we brought our own hoist but everything else was efficient for what we needed, staff were lovely and helpful, the food was hot and enjoyable. Lovely staff at the front desk when i arrived. I was in one of the rooms in the "annex building" which across the road above shops. They let me check in when i arrived at 1pm bedore the 2pm stated time and the guy walked me across the road to the room.
