It’s not in the part of London most tourists picture, but it is in a modern area that is convenient for anyone attending events at the ExCeL London conference centre. "Dinner was awesome, everything I ordered was cooked perfectly, surprisingly well!! Front desk staff is THE BEST, especially for this class of hotel. Restaurant staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Breakfast kitchen CANNOT COOK. Had to send back poached eggs twice because of runny whites. Hollandaise was TERRIBLE. Their creative ideas of eggs benedict, basically everything was horrible. The buffet was just... Bad. Over cooked sausage, gooey scrambled eggs, green bananas, overly ripe...

"Dirty carpet and bathroom. Window frame in poor condition, window wouldn't stay open and dangerously slams shut. Staff not particularly welcoming on arrival."

"Not a great experience. Breakfast was terrible with limited staff and dirty tables. Housekeeping didn’t show up to provide clean towels. That said, the location is good and close to the train station. However, I’d rate the overall experience 5/10"

"Great location with great transport connections. Lots of space for a relaxed break. Would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of minor niggles, no bath plug, and it wasn’t clear what the process was for the rubbish at the end of the stay. Would absolutely stay again. "

"Hotel is in need of desperate upgrade, but I guess it is a well used venue. My room was functional but small and luckily stayed at the beginning of summer, could not see that any heating worked. Bathroom was ok but again needed upgrade on amenities, final day shower ran cold so no hot water!"
