"Nice quiet spacious place Clean room with a/c Not good breakfast, only cookies and two instant coffee pks . The girl very nice, but we had to go thru Expedia to get a hold of them."

Monica was friendly and helpful...room was clean ....air conditioning welcome....Breakfast.....was ok but never had to go to another premises for it (was at a cafe round the corner which wasn't explained when booking). Would go room only if went again as cost of coffee and a croissant was less than the 10 Euros we were alloted."

"We felt the warm hospitality of our hosts. They were helpful with navigating us to interesting sites in Lucca and suggest more scenic towns to visit. Our room was outstanding an we were very comfortable. The spa was a plus. The B&B is fitted with state of the art access control and we were free to access the common areas if needed. "The location of this property (with parking) is great! Quick walking access to one of the gates into the walled city. Parking is within the enclosed courtyard and very secure. Our room was nice size, quiet and clean - just be prepared to carry your suitcase(s) up 1 or more sets of stairs! The staff is not on site at night, but that was not a problem. Their breakfast is very nice - great pastries!"

"This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lucca, 10 minutes from the station, although a little climb to get through the city walls. The continental breakfast was welcome, although a little strange that you had to approach the staff for a coffee or hot water rather than the other way round."

"The villa it’s a beautiful place in Toscana to stay and relax , the pool is the best feature of the hotel. In the lobby the is a bar where you can order apperitivo, and the restaurant face a the beautiful garden. Food was excellent but pricey."
