"The staff were always helpful, including the valet people. My car was always waiting for us when we came down to go somewhere. The bar was also very nice.
The first day we arrived, the room was very clean. The next day our room wasn't cleaned until after 6:30 pm. So we, basically, went 2 days without cleaning. We saw the maid cleaning the room next door, and asked her to please at least give us new towels. She cleaned the room, gave us fresh towels and did an excellent job.

"Property clean and well maintained, Staff friendly, courteous and professional.
Beds were NOT comfortable; mattresses need to be replaced. I certainly didn't expect the quality of the mattresses to be exceptional. I also didn't anticipate the poor quality.
Our room smelled stuffy, easy fix, turn on the air conditioner.
The mattresses however, left something to be desired."

"First, I thought I was registered for the hotel across from the Indianapolis Convention Center, which was not the case. That meant I had to walk everyday to the Convention center for the event I was in town for. I use a cane, did not want to spend extra money on uber, so thankfully I managed.
Second, the hotel didn't have the expected extra restaurants or other things that they have advertised.
Third, they did not have a microwave in the room and you had to go down to heat up any food or...
