Hotel Murah di Pusat Kota Eastbourne

"No reception staff as normally understood. We weren't welcomed but were told no storage for bags when we checked out! And told the time and no one would be there!!! Outside needed improving , Hall area needed painting. Room and bathroom ok but showe rail in bath not fixed properly on wall and came off. Silicone filler in bathroom needed replacing. Very small high windows, only opened tiny amount ,at top of building so very hot. Fridge OK."

"Was once a lovely hotel I’m sure - but needs some TLC. Walls need paint, water damage on ceiling, carpet worn, etc. Not worth the price tag."

"Location and view from our room fantastic. On checking in we were not informed by reception that if we wanted our room served that we had to ask !!!!!!No disabled toilet facility on ground floor and only one lift working which was very inconvenient in busy times. I had to access my mobilty scooter through Dining room to get out of the Hotel. Not nice for myself or the Diners .Rooms very spacious but tired. We were moved from original room on 1st floor as shower did not work and the bath did not...

"Great location on the seafront - pack your swimmers for a quick dip. The rooms are clean, comfy and well appointed. Excellent shower in the room we had. The fresh milk on check in is a great touch. The team on check in and check out were very helpful and polite"

"I phoned to upgrade my room no available rooms so I asked to cancel for a full refund which they agreed and I never received my money back.. very un helpful and very hard to contact a human on the phone.. not recommended in any shape or form.."

"Lovely hotel with everything you need from views, to clean rooms, mini fridges, comfy beds. The staff are very polite. Good bar and seating areas. Perfect location too."

"Phone number on greeting , then met by mrmbef of staff , could do with a lick of paint lower half of front of house as im guessing directly opposite besch pai t gets battered by wind ,but first impressions wasnt great . My room was lovely location wss great and staff when i ohoned and met them were great"

"Aside from the room that is extremely hot as we were given the room that os facing directly the afternoon sun so it’s unbearably hot though we didn’t bother to escalate it anymore cause we are out most of the day anyway the rest of the service ,like the staff ,facilities and location are really good ."

"Great location, staff was very friendly and cooked us a very tasty breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot."

"There was nothing I liked. It was rundown & in need of refurbishment. My bathroom was dirty and the carpets had stains all over them. The lift didn’t work & I was on the third floor. I would never recommend it & it spoilt my stay in Eastbourne."
