"The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. "The hotel was in a great location to meet my needs and offered a great breakfast. I liked the fact that it was next to a walking trail, as well as stores and restaurants. However, when I checked in I was told by Jonathan that my parking fee would be waived due to a mixed up and the fact that I signed up as a rewards member. However, I was charged for parking!"

"Our room and our friends room had a weird bathroom/sewage smell to it for the entirety of our stay. It seemed to be worse at evening time when we got back to our room from being gone all day."

"Our room was clean and had enough room for our children to move around. The free food and drinks are definitely worth it. The pool is kind of small but the staff is great. That's makes the difference. The hotel had an issue in the night that caused a major disturbance but they definitely made it right with us. Thank you to the Drury Inn for the wonderful experience. "We had previously visited the Graduate in Oxford Mississippi and there is no comparison. The Graduate in Oxford is a beautiful high end hotel with great amenities, awesome roof top bar, everything you would love. The Graduate in Cincinnati was nothing similar.
