Hotel dekat Blue Ash Shopping Center

"This was a good stay. I think staying here is a very good value. My comments are that there was no cold water in my bathroom, it remained warm my whole stay. Annoying but not the end of the world. Second, the room was freezing when I entered, called the front desk and they told me it was due to the sudden change in weather and told me it would warm up. One hour later the room was still freezing, and I looked at the room thermostat, and it was on air conditioning, so I switched it to heat and...

"We fell into a situation in which we had a reservation for 5 days and paid for it up front. We ultimately ran into a situation where we had a family emergency (medical) and had to vacate temporarily knowing we would have to return to the area the following week. In approaching Marriott management onsite, we were told that they would neither provide us a refund or a credit for the two unused days since we booked our Marriott stay through Expedia. Expedia stated they would accommodate us if the...

"The staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly The room was very spacious, King Bed Executive Room and the bathroom was very spacious and well lit and clean My friends stayed in a room with 2 Queen beds, and they were actually Queen Beds! And their bathroom was also large spacious and clean The Restaurant in the hotel was excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner! And free parking beside the hotel. It’s located in a very nice area. Very safe and quiet, yet there was great shopping and...

"Clean and quiet. No complaints"

"The room was spacious and clean. The front desk assistant was helpful and relocated us to a higher floor ( I did not want the first floor). Breakfast was good and the hotel was very quiet. We stayed for three nights. I would have given a higher review but the “cleaning” service was sadly lacking. They took the tip my husband put out but did nothing but pick up the towels and empty the small amount of trash. They didn’t wipe down counters, make the bed or tidy up ( we didn’t leave a mess). My...

"The location was very convenient and I loved that there were stores nearby to grab incidentals."

"Very nice & clean. Only takes card though even for snacks."

"Ours was a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip. Convenient location and efficient stopover. Perfect!"

"We were impressed all around. Well done Rambler!!"

"I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it...

"Wish we had more time to enjoy this rental and Loveland. We got in pretty late and left early. The set up was perfect and everything was clean and new looking with flair. I would definitely go out of my way to stay there again if I am in the state."

"Not happy that the restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday. Additionally, there was a notice in our room that the water would be shut from 9 am - 12 pm on Monday."
