"We (3 mature ladies) received a lovely welcome on arrival, staff very friendly and helpful. No request was too much to ask. Very obliging. Rooms and amenities were great. Made use of the pools where were we maintained. Would stay at Pullman Legian again and will recommend to family and friends. Hotel is a great location to beach. Shopping and restaurants."

"Amazing and friendly staff and good quality amenities especially hair conditioner. I found this resort while walking along Kuta Beach and thought it looked amazing, so we decided to book one night to try it out. The slides and kids’ pool were a great feature, especially for families. However, during our stay, the pool water appeared cloudy, we noticed some bugs, and there was an odor that made us personally less comfortable using it."
