Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown - Broadway by IHG

"My wife and I are glad we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Nashville.
The primary reason is the assistance provided by your employee, Julaina Smith. She is a Guest Experience Champion and helped us in so many ways. The temperature was in the 90's during our visit and she offered us water whenever we left or returned to the hotel. She explained to my wife and I the best way to get to the Grand Ole Opry, recommended when to leave for the performance at the Opry, assisted us in acquiring an Uber and walked us outside to show us where we would be picked up. She is kind, caring and knowledgable. You are well represented by her. Julaina is exceptional."
