"Property is in great shape, room was clean, the bed was firm which I like. The Staff gave me a couple extras and were always friendly.
The restaurant had a nice breakfast and the pricing was fair, and the wait staff was great there as well.
Location to the Convention is unbeatable and I felt safe when walking about Downtown, which is very clean compared to many other areas I have been.
Look forward to coming back to the Hyatt soon!"

"There was a mixup with the room I reserved - they gave it away which was a bummer and I checked in ok time BUT other than that Alisha who worked the front desk I believe that’s her name was amazing. She was very helpful and super kind. Breakfast was good and clean area. Kid friendly"
