"Location was good and the room was fine. The bathroom is really small, but that didnt bother me. The pipes in the hotel would bang all night as people took showers. It was really hard to sleep even as it got late. 1:30am and the pipes were still banging in the walls. Bring earplugs."

"Our room location was not the best. Neighbors were noisy. Also, lot of noise coming from the street. Room was clean, but in need of a revamp. Mattress was old and not comfortable at all. Location of the hotel was good, near Embarcadero and Chinatown. Hotel personnel were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Just ok experience overall, but most likely we won’t return to this location. "

"I’m not sure ir I stayed in room 2322 or 2320, but the room was very clean and neat at my arrival. As someone that worked in hospitality for many years I know exactly when I room is clean. Very friendly and helpful staff starting by my housekeeper who gave me some advice to navigate around the city since it was my first time visiting San Francisco, to the front desk staff that recommended me places to visit and eat, to the horsemen that helped me to find my car. I had a very pleasant experience during my two days stay. The only thing I had a little trouble with was getting from the parking lot to the elevators area. The stairs and the two very close and narrow doors. It is a whole project trying to hold the doors, while carrying your luggage and go downstairs. Overall I loved staying at the hotel and for sure I will stay there my next visit. "

"Location was great! Close to Union Square, shopping and dining. The 2 restaurants could be improved, Kan Pai is the only dinner dining restaurant. Seems more like a lounge/bar and a bit noisey. Anzu which i was hoping to have dinner at, is the nicer and more formal restaurant, but only open for breakfast. Need to have more dinner options. We had to walk to the Westin to eat at Bourbon Steak which was super loud."
