"Fantastic location and clean rooms. The hotel is directly connected to Hongik University Station, which made travel around Seoul easy and the Airport Express train stops at this station with one of its exits providing elevator access to the hotel. Also, loved being able to step outside and immediately be in the heart of Hongdae’s nightlife, restaurants, and shopping streets. Despite the busy area, the room was quiet and restful. Breakfast was fresh with local and western options."

"Love the hotel! It’s in the perfect location. It’s in Hongdae, but off the main strip by a couple of blocks. I started my trip staying there, went to Busan, then stayed again for the remainder of my time. It was clean. Very spacious. Great views. The staff were super friendly and helpful! I probably annoyed them with trying to figure out the bullet train lol, but they didn’t show it. They were so kind! When I go back, I’ll stay there again. The only thing I didn’t like, but is very common, is the shower door being slim. It lets out the hot air and the water would end up on the floor."

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel right at home from the very beginning. "Pros: Cleanliness, staff, location, room safebox, fridge, bedding, wi-fi. Neutral: Breakfast Cons: There is, literally, no place to store your belongings in the room. No closets, no dressers. There isn't even one of those folding stands to put your luggage on. You will be living out of your suitcase. This was not only a feature of my room, which I believe was the least expensive in the hotel, but the more expensive rooms as well. This makes no sense (unless it is true of all hotels in Seoul?). I found this very inconvenient as it compromised the comfort of the room."

"very convenient location, only steps away from the shopping street & lots of eateries nearby. we were upgraded to a bigger room which was spacious enough for two pp. Staff there were friendly & polite with very fluent in english. Will definite stay here again next time when i visit Seoul !"

"The staff were super welcoming. Any little thing I needed they accommodated. The house keeping staff were my favorite. Super sweet people! I enjoyed my stay. I loved the area of the property very convenient especially if you are doing a lot of shopping"

"This is a cute and cozy hotel with a simple bed/shower/desk/tv private room that opens to a shared kitchen, 24hr espresso machine, snacks, washer & dryer and very friendly staff. There’s no elevator to the 3rd floor location but the very sweet lady and very nice man carried my bags up and down the stairs when I arrived and left. They go above and beyond good service. The location is convenient to Hongdae street and Hongkik subway station. I will be staying again. "

"We had a suite (1602) and while I appreciate the size of the room (although I thought we were getting a bigger room based on the pictures) the building is old. Bathroom had mold, tub jets didn’t work and several places where it just clearly needed an update. Bigger issue the elevator literally closed on my arm. As we’re headed downstairs to check out with our several pieces of luggage, the doors just don’t stay open for long and with it being older the sensor doesn’t work very well.
