"Decent place to spend night while making an overnight stop over. Rooms all updated. Interior renovation not long ago however the outside is a little crummy. Located in more of an industrial side of town but good restaurants close by and Buc-ees few miles away. Rate was very affordable. Would stay here again if just passing through."

"I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Amarillo. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-lit, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a short drive to Bucces, restaurants, and other attractions. There are also several dining options nearby, making it very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Amarillo."

"Room was clean. But bed wasn’t comfortable. It’s pretty firm. Typical hotel breakfast, waffles, B&G, bacon, scrambled eggs. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Sheets smelled good and clean. Shower head is okay, pressure wasn’t bad it’s just really tall so if you’re short like 5’3 you can’t reach it to change the pressure. Overall good experience"

"Not the best stay. The TV only worked about half the time, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, which made the bathroom difficult to use. On top of that, I was charged a fee for my service animal, which was frustrating and disappointing. I expected better for the price I paid. Overall, the room had maintenance issues and the service did not meet expectations."

"After an 11-hour drive with three kids, we arrived with high hopes. The outside cabin/wagon area is adorable, and the amenities were perfect for burning off energy. The deluxe cabin features two bedrooms (queen, twin bunks), a pull-out sofa, and a kitchenette. Unfortunately, the two mini-splits couldn’t cool the space, even set at 64°F, and the mattresses were incredibly thin. Things turned worst at 9 PM when we uncovered the beds. "Great location for any activities downtown Amarillo. Right across the street from Amarillo Globe Center and The Sod Poodle baseball stadium. The small suite room was perfect for our 2 night stay. Our king size bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious with a choice of made to order omelets along with a large selection of other breakfast items. "Great breakfast! The scrambled eggs actually tasted like they should--unlike so many other hotels. The sausage patties were great. The apple juice actually tasted good, unlike most hotel. I also like staying at hotels that have waffle machines and I appreciate that they offered unsweetened syrup. At my request, they also booked us downstairs as my wife has knee issues and our older Labrador retriever doesn't like stairs."
