"I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Amarillo. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-lit, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a short drive to Bucces, restaurants, and other attractions. There are also several dining options nearby, making it very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Amarillo."

"Room was clean. But bed wasn’t comfortable. It’s pretty firm. Typical hotel breakfast, waffles, B&G, bacon, scrambled eggs. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Sheets smelled good and clean. Shower head is okay, pressure wasn’t bad it’s just really tall so if you’re short like 5’3 you can’t reach it to change the pressure. Overall good experience"

"Decent place to spend night while making an overnight stop over. Rooms all updated. Interior renovation not long ago however the outside is a little crummy. Located in more of an industrial side of town but good restaurants close by and Buc-ees few miles away. Rate was very affordable. Would stay here again if just passing through."

"Not the best stay. The TV only worked about half the time, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, which made the bathroom difficult to use. On top of that, I was charged a fee for my service animal, which was frustrating and disappointing. I expected better for the price I paid. Overall, the room had maintenance issues and the service did not meet expectations."

"Hotel is not prepared to handle volume. Extremely unfriendly check in staff..gave our room away then put a bag of Cheetos in a smaller room to try to make up for giving away our suite and being sold out. Used to love to stay here sadly will not be back will stay at other hotels downtown."

"The check in was smooth, the room cozy(king size bed) clean well stocked. Speaking of the bed, it was super comfortable! You parked in front of your room, plenty of dining options nearby."

"After an 11-hour drive with three kids, we arrived with high hopes. The outside cabin/wagon area is adorable, and the amenities were perfect for burning off energy. The deluxe cabin features two bedrooms (queen, twin bunks), a pull-out sofa, and a kitchenette. Unfortunately, the two mini-splits couldn’t cool the space, even set at 64°F, and the mattresses were incredibly thin. Things turned worst at 9 PM when we uncovered the beds. The queen sheets were filthy. I found a spare set for that bed,...

"This was a great bargain to stay overnight with my dog. No frills, off I-40 (I used earplugs to suppress the interstate traffic)."

"I ended up leaving and going to a different hotel after I saw a 3 gallon sharps disposable box in the downstairs bathroom. Why would they have that. Too scary for me. Elders and families DO NOT make a reservation here."

"Definitely too much noise! I understand the hotel is tight on the freeway but the windows were awful causing much noise from the freeway. It was also filthy. Someone had written “Help” from the dirt in the window. The hallway smelled like stale smoke. I endured four the one night I needed. Wouldn’t do more than that."

"Worst ever experience, Most of the pictures posted are not real ones. It’s a motel with rooms smells very badly first I was given a smoking room but paid for non smoking room then after I mentioned will cancel staff changed to non smoking room. Paid for Quality Inn but stayed in motel with very bad experience. Never ever recommended."
