"I had a very good stay overall. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. Customer service really stood out, and the room itself was very clean and well-maintained. The only issue was a constant humming or buzzing noise in the room that made it a little difficult to sleep. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was noticeable, especially at night. Aside from that, everything else was great. If the noise issue is addressed, this would easily be a 5-star stay....

"GPS did not do a good job directing us to the hotel, even though it is easy to get too. The property was clean, and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good too. I also liked that there is a coffee/hot water machine always on in the lobby."

"It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not."

"Clean room. No Do Not Disturb sign. Housekeeping only late in the day even though they were asked to do it while we were gone all morning. Noisy guests. Uncomfortable mattress. No bottled water despite the sticker on the fridge. No microwave. No lunch options on-site. Breakfast not included. Breakfast menu items limited and not great quality. "

"This hotel is set up in an area straight out a Of a lifetime movie or something. It was perfect. The staff were very great and they had hospitality down. I asked about nearby restaurants and got a sheet with highlighted places that were her favorites. When we were leaving we asked for ice in our cups and she took them and filled them for us. We only stayed overnight so we didn't get to check out the gym. The breakfast was really great. There were options for healthy eaters as well. Sugar free...
