"Stayed here for the weekend of the marathon Very well situated for us all supporters and runners. Had everything we needed Bar and Restaurant was good we ate here twice in our stay for convenience with theee small children Room with fridge and had small snacks in that were completmary m We will return for next years stay for the marathon The girls in reception were amazing ! All staff were so friendly and helpful ! "

"Booked a twin room, it actually had 3 single beds and a large bathroom. Breakfast was included and there was a good choice of food available. Good choice of food in the evening. Only downside was the lifts and stairs. Reception was on level 1 but you had to get the lift to level 2 and go down a short flight of stairs due to the layout of the building. It was the same with all rooms, you either had to go up or down the stairs from the lift, which does make it unsuitable for anyone with severe...

"There was no stay. I arrived to be told they had been over booked. I'm yet to find out how to get it refunded."

"Rooms were comfortable enough although I would not recommend the sofa bed - it was a little too soft for me. Staff did well to accommodate our request and resolve our issues (TV remote needed a battery change). Very friendly at breakfast. The breakfast spread was excellent - pancakes were certainly a high demand item! Location was relatively good with easy access to the trams."

"The room I stayed in was absolutely filthy. Previous guests had clearly been smoking in the room, as the smell of smoke was really strong. We were unable to open the window as it was so high up. The window sill had been used as an ashtray and there were burn marks and ash still visible. The blind couldn't be opened, it was just permanently closed. "I've stayed at the Hilton, Garden Inn, many many times and its always been wonderful, the room, staff etc. Unfortunately the last time was terrible. I was put in room 125, next to the gym.There was dust in the room, the kettle was encrusted with no idea what. The shower didn’t drain properly. The beds creaked, loudly, everytime I moved! The noise from the gym at 7am was annoying. When I checked out the woman on reception asked how my stay was, I explained. She didn’t even apologise, just looked...

"I had at this modern detached bungalow. The accommodation was clean tidy, and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. There is a lovely village a short walk away, and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. "
