"We love this place. It is all part of the package of visiting Old Trafford. Waking up every morning and seeing Manchester United in lights was the cherry on top of the experience. "The score is aimed at Expedia. Though the staff comment it for the Ainscow. My room was cancelled, but this was via a call from the United States and felt like a scam. Why the app was not used first I do not know. To make it worse Expedia staff lied to the reason saying there was 'maintenence'. The first call late Wednesday after on, I could not understand the operators English and asked for contact via the Web page/app or an email. The email which was sent asked me to ring a US number....
