"Beautiful hotel, we loved out stay here , diner was great, food was lovely staff were great. Lovely birthday night away, we had breakfast in the morning was served by the amazing Maurice, couldn't do enough, my Hubby got a birthday cake with candle which was just lovely. We will definitely be back."

"We love this place. It is all part of the package of visiting Old Trafford. Waking up every morning and seeing Manchester United in lights was the cherry on top of the experience. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay especially the person who checked in and gave suggestions of what to visit in Manchester."

"First of all the hotel is located near the central area of Manchester, very convenient for Bridgewater Hall where we wanted to be. The staff were the main attraction the hotel had to offer. They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. This is a boutique style hotel so rooms look good but are a bit quirky. Why the app was not used first I do not know. To make it worse Expedia staff lied to the reason saying there was 'maintenence'. The first call late Wednesday after on, I could not understand the operators English and asked for contact via the Web page/app or an email. The email which was sent asked me to ring a US number....
