"The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting."

"We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend."

"Would not stay here again, and the real problem isn't comfort, it's safety. We got back from dinner around 11pm and the door code we'd been given earlier that day no longer worked. There's no front desk, no staff on site, and no one to call. We stood in a dark alley texting the hotel back and forth trying to get a working code.
