"Check in and out was easy. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. I liked having the fridge and microwave (thought, word to the wise its not a strong wattage) I did have an issue with the iron and they fixed the issue within 5-10 minutes after I called. There were elevator issues, which were annoying as heck, especially when you are on the 7th floor and weren't looking to go to the "gym" and had to climb up, but it is what it is... The breakfast was good,...

"The staff are great, and the room was adequate - exactly what you'd expect for the price. The location was excellent for visiting Valley Forge. We were there for one night and would certainly stay again when we return."

"Paid for two rooms, but one of the rooms had a bad smell. They said theyd take care of it while we were out for dinner. I came back to the room unannounced to an ozone machine running at 8:30pm. You cant be in a room with ozone running for a minumum of 4 hours and in most cases its recommneded 24 hrs or more with limited airflow, like in a hotel. The night manager, minimized it and would not give us a dofferent room or money back. "

"The hotel is in transition so we were willing to cut them a little slack, but despite asking, we never got fresh towels or more coffee or the trash emptied in six days. Or the beds made. The room itself was adequate and we loved the soaps and shampoos."

"After driving 10ish hours from Lexington, Kentucky, we arrived at the property to be told that we didn’t have a room there. The guy at the counter was nice enough, but if you’ve oversold the property, the front desk should have that info to give to the guests who are getting screwed over. He didn’t seem to have any information at all on what was happening, so I drove another half hour to a different hotel who was able to accommodate me."

"The room key didnt work. The front desk guy said it was because i didnt do it right and he thought i knew because im young(im 44). The pillow cases were dirty. The bathroom door had 0 chance of shutting and it was clearly a problem that was ignored. Other than that it was just great lol "
