I've never had a good continental breakfast and this was no different. Parking was limited and you had to pay $12/day.

Our overall stay was good till the staff keeps trying to enter my room at 7:30am and around 9am and the sign was outside the door for them to no enter ohhh and why is $12 per day to park at the hotel it should be free parking

We stayed here as a little weekend getaway & really enjoyed ourself. The room was well kept and up to date, the bed was comfortable and we were happy with the space we got. We were greeted by the staff and they were wonderful in every way. Honestly, the staff here were very conversational and seeingly cheerful. The desk staff was great and the chef was awesome. Love it. Even the breakfast was amazing and diverse! Best breakfast we've had at a hotel. The ONLY complaint I have is that the walls are PAPER thin. We heard every door shutting, every conversation, every person that walked down the hall. It was ridiculous. It was so bad that I made a call to the front desk at 1am to complain. We got zero sleep and even considered leaving early in the morning because of it. So if you're looking for peace and quiet- this probably isn't the place for you. We were quite disappointed in this fact considering the rest of our stay was AMAZING.

Limited parking. Probably the first hotel I’ve stayed and felt staff were a bit rude and disrespectful. No details from me about this. What I really want to highlight is finding out that the mattress protector was stained. I told the staff before heading out only to come back and find it had not been changed. Then I went back to the front desk to let them know. They said someone will be there to fix it. A lady knocked on the door and said she was told I wanted to speak to her. She had no idea about what and had no idea who she was- manager? No introductions were made/ no greetings . I then showed her the stain. Headed back out and saw it was finally changed. This is more annoying given the hotel was NOT cheap.

Hotel needs to clean the fixtures and mop the floor prior to the next guest checking in. The bedding was clean but I could see fingerprints everywhere on the doorknobs and fixtures. Breakfast options needs improvement. I was expecting some scrambled eggs, potatoes and bacon. What was offered was very limited but since it was free, it wasn't horrible. Signage about the cook only making sausage breakfast sandwiches would have been helpful. There needs to be some kind of coverage or a catering bowl that closes for the sausage sandwiches. The cook made them and just sat them on the counter. I thought someone had ordered them. I didn't realize they were not until they had probably gotten cold and other people had breathed on them. Those were my only complaints. The queen double bedroom had a full size refrigerator, cooktop and microwave. Ice was available by request at the front desk. Hotel location was great, near the interstate, near the King of Prussia Mall but in a quiet spot by the Children's Hospital. All things considered the hotel was nice for such a low/reasonable price. I would return and stay here again if in the area.

My husband and I had a great overall experience staying at the Element in King of Prussia this past weekend. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out was how professionally and quickly the team handled an issue on our last evening. Unfortunately, guests in the room next to us were smoking, which began to affect our room. Mind you this is a smoke-free hotel. We called down to the front desk, and despite it being late and last-minute, the staff responded immediately and were able to move us to another room without any hassle. We truly appreciated how understanding and efficient they were in resolving the situation. Their responsiveness and commitment to guest comfort made a big difference and turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. We’re very grateful for their help and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The hotel the staff everyone was amazing the only thing I didnt like is the kids running from floor to floor and when I made the report it was like they didnt do anything to stop it but overall everything was good

The property was great! I would have stayed there many times before had I known there was a Tesla charger on site. However it would have been nice to have a courtesy sign about idle parking because one vehicle was parked there for the entire weekend!

We recently stayed at the element valley, it was very chic with modern design and great furniture however that was the only good thing about it. The worst of all, the staff and the lack of customer service skills. That can make or break your experience. Our tv wasnt working in our room, called the front desk at 7 PM and i was told “theres no engineer, so you can move rooms thats the only option.” No apology, no sincerity and no consideration for a family with small kids. When i called to escalate to management the same person picked up and said “well too bed you were given the option of switching rooms. Additionally, room was not clean, couch was dirty, sofa bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were not pillows, they were filled with sheets. Will not be staying here again.
