"The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy. Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes. Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube...

We were asked by a cleaner to pay a deposit via bank transfer because there was no manager on site. The cleaner couldn’t even give us a receipt. We eventually got our deposit back several days later. "I admit I stayed here because of the very low price, but it does seem that some services should be provided low rate or not. For instance, I had to wash my own coffee cup and water glass a few times because they weren't replaced daily with clean ones. One day the maid took away my used towels and left me with no replacements. The woman at the front desk gave me some, but didn't apologize for my inconvenience. Very spotty and cool service."

"Do not book or stay at this hotel. I’ve travelled to hotels around the world and this is one of the worst and in London! I did not stay and left immediately on seeing the room I was given. Towel had farces, hair strands in and outside the fridge crushed/used water bottles in the fridge. I left and had to find a replacement hotel. The front desk when I complained ‘why can’t you handle this yourself’. Complained to Expedia and they still have this showing on their site! Unbelievable"

"Nice enough apartment in golders green, but completely inadequate communication and they did not honor a commitment to allow the dropping off early of my luggage. They completely ruined the first day of my stay."

"Good base to get to Wembley Park for a concert. Parking is a massive advantage. Clean room, a little small but who needs lots of space to sleep. Would recommend 😊"
