"I loved the staff and the atmosphere of this place. I was made to feel welcome and safe. It is in a great spot with easy access to London's sights and events. I cannot say enough about the staff and the cleanliness of this property. Breakfast was enough to get me started every day, along with a handmade Latte or cappuccino, made by staff to order. Wonderful time and a wonderful staff."

"The Staff was very helpful and polite.
The room was clean but old, and I felt a few tiles shift under the carpet when I walked on them.
The toilet door has no lock.
No tissues in the room, just a roll of toilet paper and 2 small bars of soap."
