"Close to bus and train links. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable with all basic amenities. Above a bar that serves good food. Can hear bar noises if the window is open, but that was not disruptive to us. 3 car parking spaces outside with charging points"

"First room provided was a very damp family room, had to choose between that or room with no windows. The receptionist the next day in comparison was very helpful and sorted this out swiftly."

"We stayed here last night and will definitely return to this Best Western. Ian at the reception is extremely customer focused and made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely room and when we asked for ice we were given it straight away. The location is excellent for both getting to and from Wembley stadium and into the city. It’s one stop on the Lioness line to Euston. There are many bars, cafes and restaurants on the nearby High Street. Thank you Ian for making our stay so comfortable....

"Stated for one night with my teenager daughters. We were at a concert at Wembley so the location was convenient for the underground. Room was ok, beds comfy (but very squeaky frames- if someone moved in the bed it was loud). No air con in the room but they provided a fan."

"I will start by saying that customer service offered to cancel our stay. We chose to stay despite being unhappy due to our short time in London - check-in was confusing, the pub/tavern was not terribly clean -we found dog poo along the walkway. The remote checkin support person did not know we needed two different codes to enter the building - this was not a hotel! An unmarked building with individual apartments. Once in the building we had to climb a steep and narrow flight of stairs with some...

"The room is very cramped which I expected. Everything was clean but the main issue is noise. I could hear people stomping around above me until 1am. The apartment overlooks a busy street with beeping from a pedestrian crossing and sirens wailing from emergency vehicles all through the night. The bed was deemed is quite fragile and creaks every time you move or turn over in the night. Some of the noise issues could be resolved by putting in another layer of glazing. "

"The room was clean, spacious (especially compared to London norms!), and comfortable. The elevators functioned smoothly. There was minimal interaction with the staff (eg, no daily cleaning, which was not a problem for a short stay), but when we needed help, they were courteous and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the Tube and Hampstead Heath. We'd definitely stay again."
