"Das Zimmer und das Personal war wirklich super . Hotel und Pool Bereich auch . Leider hatten wir einen 4 Tage Frühstücks Engpass . Wurde nichts geliefert . Das war das einzige was schlecht war ."

"The hotel suite was spacious, great location. However the staff was short tempered and housekeeping was lax to say the least. The room was quite dusty and when asked if we could get the furniture dusted because it was coated we were told that the room was clean prior to our stay and wouldn't be cleaned again until we would check out. I just wished they were more accommodating. I won't be staying at this location again."

"There was a minor issue in the room where the bathroom sink would un drain because the stopper wouldn’t go up. At 8 o’clock at night the front desk person came up and fixed it for us. I took less than 10 minutes from the time we called the front desk so the time it was fixed."

"Mold on all vents , bathroom was dirty . Had other people's hair on toilet and around tub. When u shower the tub does not drain so standing in backed up water. Toilet was leaking and water all around toilet.No refill on the soaps in shower . Built up dust and human hair on the door cover for a/c unit. Very unclean. Next day transferred us to another room that was just as bad. Soon we walked in we walked back out with our things and went to desk to check out. Ruined our vacation having to...
