"The location is perfect for visiting family in area. Also convenient to Metro, and restaurants and shops in area. This was my 5th or 6th time staying here and is a favorite hotel to stay at in the area."

"Room was very good, air conditioning in room on very hot days (90’s and 100 plus days) was very good. However, they had to turn off or down air conditioning in hallways on 100 plus days due to power usage problems so it was hot in those places then. But when outside temperatures came down to the lower nineties and eighties outside after those few days they were able to restore hallway air conditioning to normal. All was good in room at all times."

"We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. "Do not stay in this hotel. There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived and it took 15 minutes for someone to show up The first night we slept in a hot room. The A/C was not working and it was 90+ degrees in Bethesda. They finally fixed the A/C the next day As if it were not enough, when checking in we were told "the room will be cleaned every other day" to which we replied that nowhere in the reservation the Hotel said that cleaning was not going to be donde everyday. "It was very clean, relaxing and a nice quick easy check in. Perfect just to stay outside of DC I have stayed in many Mariotts and this location in downtown Bethesda Maryland was gorgeous 😍 The staff were all very helpful and if I needed anything it was right there. Outside area was safe and very relaxing as well."

"I hope you do not have any issues as the customer support rep spoke to me with such a nasty disgusting attitude it made it the worst experience I’ve had while traveling in a long time. When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either. A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of...

"Great cleaning staff! Loved the location. And the restaurant was wonderful as well. Be aware of the parking fee per night, $45 and $8 processing fee. We only parked two nights but was charged for four nights. Called to correct the charges and was told that a manager would be calling back. No call, so I called again. Finally spoke with a manager and have received our credit back. Great hotel overall, but just don't use the "Self parking.""

"Really appreciated how clean, quiet, and cool my room was. It was over 100 Fahrenheit every day of my visit, and just being outside, walking around was exhausting. A cool, quiet afternoon nap was just what I needed."
